About JobLane

Tailoring quality shouldn't be a luxury. AI that checks its own work, with every change visible, is the mechanism. A polished application that lands an interview is the goal — and JobLane helps you prepare for that interview too.

Why this exists

Most people use ChatGPT for cover letters now. The results all sound the same — and they know it. Real tailoring takes about 45 minutes per posting. Nobody has 45 minutes times thirty applications, so corners get cut and weak applications go out the door. The category response has been CV builders with AI bolted on, keyword-stuffing tools that fight ATS scanners instead of human readers, and spray-and-pray bots that apply to five hundred jobs with weak materials and hope statistics save you.

JobLane takes a different bet: encode the workflow of a thoughtful human writer into a system that drafts, checks its own work, shows you every change, and lets you refine. Quality stops being something you hope for, and becomes something you watch happen. And because the application is only half the journey, JobLane also preps you for every interview stage and helps you debrief each one.

How JobLane was built

The workflow design — match scoring, tailored drafting, and the visible review pass — was prototyped and refined long before the UI work began. JobLane wraps a proven AI pipeline in a product anyone can use, without installing a terminal or writing a prompt.

Privacy is part of the product, not a footer

JobLane runs on EU infrastructure. CV uploads delete automatically after 30 days. We do not opt in to AI training data programs. The subprocessor list is published in plain language, not buried in a 12-page ToS. Read the privacy policy if you want the detail.

The team

JobLane is a solo-founder build at v1. We'll revisit team size when traction earns it, not before. If you're a career coach or recruiter who wants to partner during beta, get in touch at [email protected].
